- Is your bakery open to the public?
We do not have a traditional storefront. Our sweets are 100% made to order. Contact us anytime to place an order or schedule a tasting!
- How do I order a custom cake?
Fill out this form, send us an email/text or give us a call. We’ll work with you to create your tasty treats—based on your ideas, theme and photo inspiration! We love to see your photo inspiration, but please remember, our sweets are unique. Our final creations will not be an exact replica of someone else’s work.
- How far in advance do I need to place an order?
For small orders, lead time is typically one week. For large orders, we request two months advance notice. We can accommodate some orders on shorter notice with a rush fee.
- Do you offer tastings?
Yes! We offer tastings for large events of more than 75 people. Since we don’t have a traditional storefront, we offer mobile tastings where we bring your samples to a location near you!
- How are you doing tastings during the pandemic?
We are currently offering Socially Distant Samples. Here’s how it works:
– Choose four (4) flavors that we deliver to your home for you to try safely.
– We discuss the flavors, design ideas, pricings, and address any questions over a phone or video call.

- What is your delivery policy?
We offer free delivery within 10 miles of our kitchen facilities in East Cobb. We also deliver outside this range for a small fee—
based on distance. For larger events that require set up, the fee is calculated based on order size, set up time and travel time.

- What if I have allergies?
We can accommodate almost any allergy—from gluten free and dairy free to nut free.
- Are Cakeology’s desserts kosher?
While we do not bake out of a kosher kitchen, we can be sure to use all kosher ingredients upon request. If you need your desserts
to be AKC certified, we can accommodate this request for an additional fee.

- Do you have minimums?
We have a minimum of six (6) cupcakes per flavor. No other minimums.
